I came here and had a 5 star experience. I needed fingerprinting done and tried to get an appt on line the day before but they didn't have anything available until 3 weeks out. But, some of the reviews suggested that you can walk in and so I visited on a Friday and arrived at 7:30 am. I was the only one. There were 5 people behind me once they opened up the door. There were 4 different things...2 for a TSA pre-check, 1 for fingerprinting, and one had a question and had to go elsewhere as they weren't able to serve his request. I was out in 20 mins. They were able to see me after one person had already scheduled an appt. I hadn't submitted an appt because I could secure the time until 3 weeks out. That doesn't matter. They still needed me to go online and schedule before they could see me. So, just go ahead and submit your appt request online and show up and it's a good chance they'll be able to service you. I found everyone to be friendly and professional and the venue was clean. I would recommend their services without reservation.

I had an appointment at the DC location on Massachusetts Ave. The appointment was confirmed the day before. Upon arrival, I was told the associate’s federal ID had expired so she couldn’t help me. She directed me to walk in to the Alexandria location. When I called the hotline to see if I could be expedited since my original appointment was canceled by identigo without warning, without a phone call ahead of time so I wouldn’t waste my time traveling, the associate said he couldn’t help me, couldn’t call ahead to Alexandria, and hung up on me.

Truly regret coming here. Needed electronic fingerprinting done for work and technician rushed through the process and botched it. My fingerprints were not processed and I need to do the process again. Don’t waste your time with this location!

I was able to accomplish having my fingerprints done. The gentleman that assisted me wasn’t the friendliest, however I was in and out within 15 minutes.

If I could make this 0 stars I would. Had an 8:20 appointment and got a cancellation email at 9 due to a "change in their operating schedule".
