I made a last minute appointment here to file my taxes and Ms. Jeanetta Johnson was amazing!! My taxes were a hot mess and I was struggling to file in three states, but she knew of a credit that made it so I didn’t owe any money. I’m super thankful for her expertise and will definitely be back next year!!!

Had a wonderful experience here today working with Rita Johnson! She's the best!!! She walked me through all my personal and business taxes in a very kind and professional way. She answered every single question I had in ways I could relate to and pointed out several key points I'd overlooked. The best part is I feel like I've made a friend I can't wait to visit again, which is a very rare thing! Thanks for everything!!

The best I can say about this place is they filed my taxes on time. They did not file my taxes *correctly*, and state refunds they didn’t claim have been trickling in as the filings are processed and corrected; they didn’t keep track of basic things, called at odd hours with repeat questions, and talked over me. If you just need to submit *something* for taxes, I guess they’re adequate. But considering the price, manners, and skill level, I can’t imagine trying this place again
